1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sara Kaur ("we," "our," or "us") website https://www.sarakaur.com/ and our services, you ("Client," "you," or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable Indian laws.

2. Eligibility (18+)

Our services are strictly for individuals aged 18 years and above. By using our website or booking our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from using our services.
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

⚠️ We reserve the right to request age verification (government-issued ID) at any time. Failure to provide valid proof may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

3. Nature of Services

Sara Kaur provides legal, non-sexual social companionship services. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Event companionship (corporate events, parties, social gatherings)
• Dinner and social dates
• Travel companionship (business trips, vacations)
• Corporate event companionship
• InCall and OutCall companionship services

🚫 Strict Prohibition: We do NOT provide, promote, or facilitate any sexual, illegal, or immoral services. Any request for such services will result in:
• Immediate termination of the booking
• Permanent blacklisting of the client
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities
• Forfeiture of all payments made

4. Booking & Confirmation

4.1 How to Book

Bookings can be made via our online booking form, phone, or email. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

4.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once:

• We send you a confirmation email/message, AND
• Any required advance payment has been received.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete booking information. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in cancellation and legal action.

4.4 Companion Substitution

While we try to fulfil your companion preference, in rare cases (illness, emergency, unavailability), we may offer an alternative companion of similar profile. You may accept or decline without any obligation.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Prices are listed on our Services page and may vary based on: service type, companion, duration, city, and any special requests.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS)
• Credit/Debit Cards (via secure gateway)

5.3 Advance Payment

Most bookings require an advance payment to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance is payable at the time of meeting, unless otherwise agreed.

5.4 Hidden Charges

There are no hidden charges. All costs are communicated before booking confirmation. Any additional services requested (extended hours, travel, etc.) will be charged separately with your prior consent.

5.5 Taxes

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. GST may apply as per Indian law.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

6.1 Cancellation by Client

• 24+ hours before booking: Full refund of advance (minus payment gateway fees, if any).
• 12–24 hours before booking: 50% refund of advance.
• Less than 12 hours before booking: No refund.
• No-show: No refund, and client may be blacklisted.

6.2 Cancellation by Us

If we cancel your booking for any reason (companion unavailable, force majeure, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6.4 Non-Refundable Cases

• Client misconduct or violation of these Terms
• Illegal requests made by client
• Client providing false information

7. Code of Conduct

All clients agree to:

• Treat companions with respect and dignity at all times.
• Not make any illegal, sexual, or inappropriate requests.
• Not engage in physical, verbal, or emotional abuse.
• Not force companions to consume alcohol or any substances.
• Respect the companion's personal boundaries and right to refuse.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of the companion's identity and personal information.

⚠️ Violation of the code of conduct will result in immediate termination of service, forfeiture of all payments, and possible legal action.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• 🚫 Requesting or engaging in sexual activities
• 🚫 Requesting services for minors
• 🚫 Recording, photographing, or filming the companion without consent
• 🚫 Sharing companion's personal information with third parties
• 🚫 Using our services for human trafficking, exploitation, or any illegal purpose
• 🚫 Attempting to contact companions outside our official channels
• 🚫 Engaging in any activity that violates Indian law

🚨 Any prohibited activity will be reported to law enforcement authorities and may result in criminal prosecution.

9. Companion Responsibilities

All our companions agree to:

• Provide only legal, non-sexual social companionship.
• Treat clients with respect, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Arrive on time and dressed appropriately for the occasion.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
• Refuse any illegal or inappropriate requests.
• Report any misconduct by clients to our support team immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sara Kaur and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
• Personal injury, property damage, or loss during a booking (except where caused by our gross negligence).
• Actions or omissions of companions outside the scope of our agreement.
• Client's violation of any law while using our services.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Sara Kaur or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.
• You harass or abuse any companion or staff member.
• You request prohibited services.

Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations or legal liabilities arising from your use of our services.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

13.3 Amicable Settlement

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
